The main target of our port agency services team is to efficiently and effectively meet all customer’s needs. We have highly qualified staff in each port to efficiently perform the discharging / loading activities. To maintain our quality standards, we are monitoring all Egyptian port’s activities.

Permanent attendance onboard is available by our port staff with arranging all port formalities in due time. We prepare a loading or discharging daily plan during vessel operation, including a daily update about the vessel’s status.

We also present all related documents to all concerned parties, including NOR and SOF.
